Stress and Burnout

How I can help you find your way…

Life doesn’t always unfold the way we expect. Whether you’re managing a major life transition, feeling overwhelmed by responsibilities, or simply running on empty, stress and burnout can quietly take hold - affecting your mood, energy, relationships, and sense of self.

Change, even when positive, can be difficult to process. You might be struggling with:

  • Career changes or workplace stress

  • Relationship difficulties or separation

  • Becoming a parent or adjusting to family life

  • Loss, grief, or uncertainty about the future

  • Moving house or other major life transitions

Stress is a natural response to pressure, but when it becomes constant, it can leave you feeling:

  • Mentally and physically exhausted

  • Detached or unmotivated

  • Irritable or emotionally overwhelmed

  • Unable to focus or make decisions

  • Disconnected from things you once enjoyed

Burnout often develops gradually, especially during periods of prolonged pressure or significant life change, and can make even everyday tasks feel unmanageable.

Our work together can support you to:

  • Feel heard and understood

  • Explore the sources of your stress and burnout

  • Understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck

  • Manage anxiety, low mood, and frustration

  • Find ways to be kinder to yourself and the best version of you

  • Quieten the inner critic who can get in the way of progress

  • Adjust to changes in identity, work, and daily life

  • Improve your relationships with those around you

  • Develop sustainable boundaries for the future

  • Process grief, loss, and isolation

  • Heal past traumas

  • Do more of what really matters to you
