Anxiety / Low Mood

How I can help you find your way…

Change is a natural part of life, but that doesn’t make it easy. Even positive transitions can bring uncertainty, self-doubt, and emotional strain. If you’re feeling anxious, low, or unsettled during a period of change, you’re not alone.

If you also happen to be neurodivergent then change can be even more anxiety-provoking. I have lived experience of neurodivergence, being a parent of a fantastically wonderful neurodivergent child so if this is also something that is a part of your life then I totally get it.

Life is full of change and you might be struggling because of:

  • Career changes or workplace stress

  • Relationship difficulties or separation

  • Becoming a parent or adjusting to family life

  • Loss, grief, or uncertainty about the future

  • Moving house or other major life transitions

Periods of transition often disrupt your sense of stability. Whether sudden or expected, change can trigger:

  • Persistent worry or overthinking

  • Feelings of sadness, hopelessness or loss

  • Difficulty sleeping or switching off

  • Loss of motivation or direction

  • Self-doubt and reduced confidence

  • A sense of being overwhelmed or “not yourself”

These responses are common, but when they linger, they can begin to affect your daily life and wellbeing.

Our work together can support you to:

  • Feel heard and understood

  • Understand the root of your anxiety or low mood

  • Understand patterns that may be keeping you feeling rubbish

  • Find ways to be kinder to yourself and be the best version of you

  • Quieten the inner critic who bullies you when you’re low or worried

  • Adjust to changes in identity, work, and daily life

  • Feel motivated to do more of what you enjoy again

  • Improve your relationships with those around you

  • Process grief, loss, and isolation

  • Heal past traumas

  • Feel more like yourself again
