Chronic illness, ME/CFS and Long COVID
How I can help you find your way…
Seeing me does not mean your chronic illness is psychological. For example, both ME/CFS and long COVID are recognised physical conditions. Your physical health has a very real impact on your brain, body and daily life. Psychological support with me can help you live better. I have lived experience of neurodivergence, being a parent of a fantastically wonderful neurodivergent child so if this is also something that is a part of your life then I totally get it.
I’m all about cutting through the jargon and the unhelpful promises of a cure, and helping people do more of what matters to them NOW.
You may well have a physical health condition that is here to stay and impacting you right now. Research into chronic illness, including Long COVID and ME/CFS, unfortunately still has a long way to go. I would suggest people have two choices – wait for a cure or a clinical breakthrough…or start living a better life now.
